Dr Anu Mary Thomas is a senior consultant in Anaesthesiology at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut. She holds extensive clinical training in liver transplantation anaesthesia and has completed a formal Fellowship in Liver Transplant Anaesthesia at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. Over the years, she has managed anaesthesia in over 30 liver transplant procedures, including paediatric liver transplants and simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantations. Her clinical repertoire also includes anaesthesia for complex hepatobiliary surgeries, gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures, and post-transplant critical care.

With strong academic credentials and a commitment to evidence-based practice, she contributes to advanced perioperative management and multidisciplinary ICU care.
