Dr Jithu Subash Babu

Dr. Jithu Subash Babu is a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist with advanced clinical and research training in hepatobiliary, pediatric and transplant-related interventions. He brings extensive experience in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that treat a range of complex vascular and oncological conditions without the need for open surgery. His expertise includes uterine fibroid embolisation, prostate artery embolisation, tumour ablation, and liver transplant-related interventions. With a strong academic and global training background, he has worked in leading centres across India, South Korea and Australia.

He joined Baby Memorial Hospital in 2023 as an Associate Consultant in Interventional Radiology and currently leads specialised clinics for varicose veins, uterine fibroids, knee pain and prostate embolisation.
