Dr. Rijesh R is an experienced Cardiac Anaesthetist with a strong focus on critical care. He completed his MD in Anaesthesiology from Government Medical College, Thrissur, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Cardiac Anaesthesiology (PDCCA) at Calicut Medical College.

After his postgraduate training, Dr. Rijesh gained extensive experience as an intensivist at Rajagiri Hospital, Kochi, and Aster MIMS, Kottakkal. He later joined Vadakara Co-operative Hospital as a cardiac anaesthetist, overseeing the CCU, ITU, and MICU, where he established ICU protocols, conducted multiple CME programs, and contributed to teaching initiatives across various hospitals.

His expertise includes perioperative cardiac care, advanced critical care management, and developing high-standard protocols for intensive care units. Dr. Rijesh is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing standards in cardiac anaesthesia and critical care.
