Dr Vinit R

Dr. Vinit R is the In-Charge of the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut. He completed his graduation from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and his post-graduation from Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).

He has undergone specialised training in the management of extensive facial trauma and correction of post-traumatic facial deformities. Before joining BMH, Dr. Vinit provided surgical expertise across several tertiary care centers in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Alappuzha districts. He has been honoured with a Good Standing Certificate from the Kerala Dental Council in recognition of his ethical and patient-friendly clinical practice.

His key areas of interest include minimal scar trauma management and facial aesthetic surgeries. At BMH, Dr. Vinit is an integral part of the Emergency Trauma Panel, working in collaboration with the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery team to deliver advanced facial trauma care
