Dr. Sylesh Aikot is a Senior Consultant in Gastrointestinal Surgery at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut, with over 25 years of clinical excellence in advanced GI and hepatobiliary surgeries. A gold medallist in MCh Gastrointestinal Surgery, he is recognised for pioneering minimally invasive techniques and leading liver transplantation initiatives in Kerala. He is among the few surgeons in India performing totally laparoscopic Whipple’s Pancreaticoduodenectomy, reflecting his surgical precision and innovation.
