As part of Doctors' Day celebrations, Baby Memorial Hospital Vadakara organized the "White Coat Master Chef" healthy cooking challenge bringing together doctors in a unique event that celebrated wellness, nutrition and teamwork beyond the clinical setting.
The 30-minute cooking challenge encouraged doctors to showcase their culinary creativity by preparing nutritious dishes, including healthy salads, heart-healthy plates, and diabetic-friendly snacks.
The event highlighted the importance of healthy eating while reinforcing the role of doctors in promoting preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyles. The competition was judged by a panel comprising a dietitian, patients, and special guests, adding a unique perspective to the evaluation.
Awards were presented in the categories of Most Thoughtful, Most Tasty and Most Creative, recognizing the participants' innovation, taste and nutritional value. The programme was conducted in a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, with enthusiastic participation from doctors, hospital staff, patients and visitors.
More than just a competition, White Coat Master Chef reflected BMH Vadakara's commitment to fostering teamwork, celebrating its healthcare professionals, and promoting healthy living within the community.
