At Baby Memorial Hospital, Thodupuzha, World Patient Safety Day was observed with an insightful program aimed at strengthening awareness, encouraging shared responsibility, and promoting safer healthcare practices. The program brought together hospital leadership, clinicians, and the quality team to reflect on the importance of patient safety at every stage of the healthcare journey. Through informative sessions and meaningful discussions, the program emphasized early identification of health risks, timely medical intervention, effective communication, teamwork, and the prevention of avoidable harm.

Dr. Stanley George delivered an informative session on “Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Its Prevention,” highlighting the importance of awareness, early recognition, preventive measures, and timely response. Dr. Jithin George addressed “Prevention and Management of Stroke,” focusing on recognizing warning signs, reducing risk factors, and the importance of prompt medical attention. Dr. Faizal K Pareed spoke on “Safe Care,” emphasizing safe and responsible practices in everyday patient management.
